Voting Information and Election Day 2022

Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Don’t forget to vote! 

It is so important to exercise your right to vote, even when it’s not a presidential election year. We wanted to include some information to make it as easy as possible for you to fulfill this civic responsibility. Check out some helpful resources and information below.

Statewide Voting Information 

Early Voting in New York State began on October 29, 2022 and ends November 6, 2022. 
Election Day is November 8, 2022. Election Day voting hours are from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.

Monroe County Opportunities 

Did you know that SUNY Empire State in Rochester is a registered voting site? 

Students registered to vote in Monroe County/Rochester may vote during Early Voting at SUNY Empire State 680 Westfall Rd, in Rochester NY. https://www.monroecounty.gov/elections-earlyvoting 

Student LEAP Leaders Engaging as Poll workers (for Monroe County residents only): https://www.monroecounty.gov/elections-leap
