Facility Use Policy and Procedures

To cover operational expenses, Empire State University charges a fee for using campus facilities. Fees are assessed according to building, length of use, and equipment needed. 

For information on hosting and sponsoring internal SUNY Empire events at university locations, including co-sponsored and partnership events, please visit the internal facilities page.
