Compliance at Empire State University
As in institution of higher education, Empire State University is subject to laws, regulations, and policies stemming from federal, state, and SUNY sources, as well as contractual agreements and accreditation standards. The university has a commitment to operating in an ethical manner with integrity and in compliance. The Office of Administration sets the tone for compliance and has a structured compliance program that works closely with programs in internal controls and enterprise risk management.
