The conference will feature academic and career focused sessions, a welcome from President Lisa Vollendorf and Provost Rai Kathuria, keynote speaker Dr. Claire Brady, networking opportunities, and so much more. No matter where you are in your personal or professional journey, there will be something for you!
Registration will close on Sunday, October 6. Don't wait, registration now!

Guests (non-students) are welcome to attend the Fall Student Conference. We ask that any guest that is interested in attending complete the registration form.
Before registering your guest, please read the following information:
- Each registered student is allowed to bring one (1) guest to the conference.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to participate in conference events.
- There will be a $50/person registration fee for any attendee that is not a current student, alum, faculty, or staff member.
- The $50 fee must be paid by check only. Payment for your guest is due prior to the conference. No payment will be taken during the conference, so please plan accordingly.
- Checks must be payable to the "Empire State University Foundation"

- Guests must be accompanied by their SUNY Empire affiliated host.
- One hotel room will be provided for the student attending the conference.
- If additional rooms are needed, the student will be responsible for that cost.
- Travel grants will cover the student only.
