ALPHA SIGMA LAMBDA...
- Honors the academic achievements of adult students.
- Offers scholarship opportunities to adult students.
- Creates opportunities for staff members, alumni and students to unite in supporting adult students through induction events and at graduation.
- Maintains social media groups for students to network with other adult students across the country.
- Students must have completed a minimum of twenty-four graded semester hour credits at Empire State University. These University credits may not include transfer credits or iPLA.
- All twenty-four credits must be taken through and graded at SUNY Empire and must be included in the student’s cumulative GPA.
- At least twelve credits should be earned in courses in Liberal Arts/Sciences.
- Student members must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.85
- Membership is by invite only and new members will be inducted during the Fall and Spring terms.
