Create an FSA ID

An FSA ID is a username and password used to log in to U.S. Department of Education websites. It confirms your identity and gives you access to your personal information.

Complete the FAFSA

Use your FSA ID to log into the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) website. To apply for aid for spring 2026 term, complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA.  For enrollments beginning in May 2026 or thereafter, complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA.

Receive Your Aid

After your FAFSA is processed, your aid will be packaged based on what you are eligible for and you will be notified by email. Once accepted, funds will be applied to your student account if enrolled. If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be issued based on the disbursement schedule.
