Purpose
Credit overload is the opportunity to earn more than the maximum approved credits in one enrollment term.
Definitions
Policy Statements
Undergraduate: The maximum credit enrollment is 16 credits per term. An overload may not exceed 4 credits.
Graduate: The maximum credit enrollment is 12 credits per term. An overload may not exceed 3 credits. The mentor/advisor makes the request for an overload on behalf of the student to the chair or designee
