Anthony Amiano is Assistant Vice President for External and Public Affairs at Empire State University. He joined the university in November 2023 from Wiley and has worked in higher education and public affairs throughout his career. In his current role, Anthony oversees government relations and public affairs, as well as external communications and engagement, in alignment with the institution's strategic plan. He is also a former elected member of the Valhalla Board of Education. He earned a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College.
