Andrew J Hurd
Assistant Professor, College of Liberal Arts and Science
Andrew Hurd holds a Ph.D. in Information Science from the University at Albany
and an M.S.T. in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam. His teaching and research focus on
cybersecurity, IT, and AI education. He enjoys working with adult learners and is
currently studying GenAI in education and translating cybersecurity policies into
Spanish.
