Meet our Professors

 

Dr. Kim S. Stote, PhD, MPH, RDN, CDN

Associate Professor and Program Director Nutrition and Dietetics, College of Health and Human Services 

Dr. Kim Stote holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University and an MPH from the University of South Florida. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in nutrition, epidemiology, and public health. Her research focuses on diet, chronic disease prevention, and health equity. She also serves as President of the Eastern NY Fulbright Chapter.
