Petra Dilling holds a Ph.D. from the University of Frankfurt and an MBA from Simon
Fraser University. She teaches financial and non-financial reporting, strategic and
cross-cultural management, and sustainability. Her research explores long-term value
creation and early indicators of organizational distress. Petra values building strong
relationships in a supportive learning environment.
Sue Epstein
Associate Professor and Chair, Management and Human Resource Management
Sue Epstein holds a Ph.D. from the University at Albany, SUNY, and an M.B.A. from
New York University. Her research focuses on work–nonwork dynamics and leadership.
She enjoys supporting student success and emphasizes that leadership is learnable
and accessible. She is currently researching narratives of nonlinear career paths.
