If you’ve got college credits but no degree, Empire State University can help you turn that
hard work into a milestone that moves you forward.
Our Associate degree in General Studies is designed to maximize your transfer credits, including life and work experience,
so you can finish faster and move seamlessly into a bachelor’s program.
You can transfer up to 52 college or life experience credits toward this 64-credit
degree. At least 12 of those credits must be earned at Empire State University, and
a minimum of 30 must meet SUNY’s General Education requirements.
