Focus areas include investment analysis, risk management, and international finance, with concentrations in Corporate Finance, International Finance, or General Finance. This program is built for professionals who value strategy, ethics, and data-driven leadership. 

 

 

The Empire State University M.S. in Finance program well-positions students to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter, which has become the most respected and recognized investment credential in the world. The M.S. in Finance program has been recognized by the CFA Institute. The M.S. in Finance curriculum covers more than 70% of the CFA Program's Candidate Body of Knowledge® (CBOK), which is the gold standard for the financial investment industry. It also includes significant portions of the CFA Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct, the highest standards of financial professionals. The M.S. in Finance program offers a limited number of CFA Program student scholarships each academic year via the CFA Institute University Affiliation program®.
