Empire State University is hosting a collaborative roundtable focused on building the teacher workforce of the future. This event will bring together employers, municipal leaders, education partners, and workforce organizations to share insights, surface challenges, and explore practical solutions.
 
Together, we’ll examine how apprenticeship models can expand opportunities, strengthen career pathways, and ensure the Western New York education sector has the talent it needs to thrive.
